It all started when…

I decided to go back to school to become a teacher in 2003. A decision that has changed the course of my life and led me to places that I could’ve only imagined for someone else. My teaching career started in a 6th grade classroom and continues today in K-8 classrooms as an instructional coach and in higher education as an adjunct professor.

My work and thoughts are shaped by the students, teachers, administrators, and parents over the years that have provided me with the space to think and learn alongside them.

I continue to be humbled by the profession of teaching, realizing that there is always so much to take in and continue to learn.

I firmly believe that we all deserve a thought partner. A person we can learn, grow, and reflect with, openly and honestly, in order to foster our quest for ongoing personal growth.
